Connecting A11yNow MCP to AI assistants
A11yNow MCP can be connected to AI assistants that supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The setup depends on the AI assistant you are using.
Set up your MCP Client
Choose the AI assistants you want to use and follow the instructions:
Codex CLI
- Open the Codex configuration file Edit:
~/.codex/config.toml:
- Add A11yNow MCP
[mcp_servers.a11ynow]
command = "a11ynowmcp"
Alternatively, run A11yNow MCP using npx:

# args = ["-y", "a11ynowmcp"]
# from source: command = "node"
# args = ["/ABSOLUTE/PATH/a11y-mcp-server/dist/index.js"]
Claude Code
Add A11yNow MCP using the Claude Code CLI:
