Node Testing (Only for Enterprise users)

The Choose Custom Element feature allows you to select any HTML element from the webpage to test against accessibility test results. This is useful for inspecting and testing specific elements.

Benefits of Node Testing​

For example, If you have developed a page and if you want to test a specific element instead of the entire page. You can select the particular element and get the test results.

Steps to Choose Custom Element​

  1. Open the webpage that you want to test.
  2. Select the required element from the webpage or the element tab.
  3. Click Select Element.
  4. The HTML code of the selected element is displayed in the Element HTML field.
  5. Click Test Element to run the test for the selected element. You will get an overview of the test results.
