Overview​

This release introduces a set of enterprise-focused enhancements in A11yNow, designed to improve configurability, reporting efficiency, and data clarity across accessibility projects. The updates strengthen governance, streamline large-scale issue management, and provide greater visibility into accessibility outcomes, supporting mature and audit-ready accessibility workflows.

Key Enhancements​

Custom Severity Configuration (Enterprise)​

Custom Severity support has been introduced for Enterprise customers. This enhancement allows organizations to rename severity levels to align with internal policies, compliance frameworks, or defect management standards. It also ensures better consistency between A11yNow reports and enterprise issue-tracking systems.

Advanced Report Management with Bulk Edit​

Bulk Edit functionality has been implemented on the Reports page across the following views:

  • List view
  • Group view
  • Code view

Users can now bulk update Status, Assignee, and Issue Type for multiple issues in a single action. This significantly reduces manual effort when managing large volumes of accessibility findings.

Pass Issue Visibility and Control (Enterprise)​

Enable and Disable Passes functionality has been added for Enterprise users. New configuration options are available in Create Project and Project Details, allowing users to view issues categorized under the Pass issue type.

This provides greater transparency into compliant elements and supports comprehensive audit reporting.

UI and Data Quality Improvements​

  • Corrected spelling inconsistencies for Pass, Validate, and Fail on the Project Dashboard.
  • Updated graph labels to ensure clear, accurate, and consistent data representation across dashboards and reports.
