How to Upgrade Your Plan​

  1. Go to Subscription in your A11yNow account.
  2. Choose your desired plan.
    a. Review plan features and pricing.
    b. Select your team size.
    c. Select Continue to Upgrade.
  3. Enter payment details on the checkout page.
  4. Enter your Full name.
  5. Select your Country or region.
  6. Enter your Billing address.
  7. Provide your Card details:
    • Card number
    • Expiry date (MM/YY)
    • CVC
  8. If you have a coupon code, enter it in the coupon field and select Validate.
  9. Once payment is completed, your account will be automatically upgraded.

Note: A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

Downgrade to Free Plan​

If you choose to downgrade:

  1. Go to Subscription in your account.
  2. Select Downgrade to Free.
  3. Confirm Downgrade.

Your plan will remain active until the end of the billing cycle, after which it will switch to Free.

Note: Pro and Enterprise features will no longer be available after downgrade.

Enterprise Subscription​

To subscribe to the Enterprise plan:

  1. Go to Subscription in your A11yNow account.
  2. Select the Enterprise Plan.
  3. Choose your required plan and number of users.
  4. Select Submit Enquiry.
  5. Once submitted, the sales team will contact you with subscription assistance and onboarding.
