How to Upgrade Your Plan
- Go to Subscription in your A11yNow account.
- Choose your desired plan.
a. Review plan features and pricing.
b. Select your team size.
c. Select Continue to Upgrade. - Enter payment details on the checkout page.
- Enter your Full name.
- Select your Country or region.
- Enter your Billing address.
- Provide your Card details:
- Card number
- Expiry date (MM/YY)
- CVC
- If you have a coupon code, enter it in the coupon field and select Validate.
- Once payment is completed, your account will be automatically upgraded.
Note: A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
Downgrade to Free Plan
If you choose to downgrade:
- Go to Subscription in your account.
- Select Downgrade to Free.
- Confirm Downgrade.
Your plan will remain active until the end of the billing cycle, after which it will switch to Free.
Note: Pro and Enterprise features will no longer be available after downgrade.
Enterprise Subscription
To subscribe to the Enterprise plan:
- Go to Subscription in your A11yNow account.
- Select the Enterprise Plan.
- Choose your required plan and number of users.
- Select Submit Enquiry.
- Once submitted, the sales team will contact you with subscription assistance and onboarding.
