Manage Your Plan & Billing

Take full control of your A11yNow subscription from the Plan & Billing page.

This section allows you to:

  • Review plan details
  • Update billing information
  • Manage renewals
  • Adjust page count
  • Download invoices
  • Manage cards

Stay on Top of Your Plan Details

The Plan Details section provides a complete overview of your subscription.

You can view:

  • Plan type (Free, Pro, Enterprise)
  • Number of users
  • Start date and renewal date
  • Subscription cost
  • Next billing amount

Select Manage Subscription to upgrade, renew, or modify your plan.

Keep Billing Information Updated

Your Billing Contact section contains your billing details.

To update:

  1. Select Edit next to Billing Contact.
  2. Update name, email, or address.
  3. Save changes.

Keeping your billing details updated ensures you receive invoices and notifications.

Access and Download Invoices

The Invoice section maintains your billing history.

You can:

  • Review recent payments
  • View invoice number and billing date
  • Download invoices

To download:

  1. Select Download next to the invoice.
  2. Save the PDF.

To view older invoices, open Billing History.

Cancel or Downgrade Subscription

If you decide to cancel:

  1. Select Cancel Subscription.
  2. Confirm your decision.

Your plan will remain active until the current billing cycle ends.

After cancellation:

  • No further billing occurs
  • Account transitions to Free plan
